When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 5-10 Business days for funds to reflect your original method of payment. If you have not received funds after the allotted time we recommend inquiring with your banking institution about their processing periods.
Returns Conditions
Before requesting a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The products must be in their unused, original condition, with all tags, including security tags, attached. Any special packaging and accessories must also be included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted. If a product has a security tag and is returned without it, the return will not be accepted.
- The return must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The products must be shipped back via a courier arranged by the customer.
- Certain items may be designated as non-returnable or non-refundable on our website, and this will be clearly noted on the product page.
If you encounter any issues with the products you received but do not wish to return them, please contact us. We will assist you in finding the best possible solution.
Refunds
Refunds must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date. Once we receive the package, we will verify the condition of the items. This process usually takes about 7 days.
The refund will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been authorized. Your account should be credited within a maximum of 15 days from the date of the refund, depending on the refund policy of your payment provider.
Sales Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All purchases made during sales events are final.
