WHY DOES MY ORDER SAY “PENDING FULFILLMENT”?

Just as any transaction goes once funds are received we capture your order until it is ready to be fulfilled. If your order includes a “pre-order” item fulfillment is not as instantaneous as would be a non-pre-order item. Please note that our fulfillment center operates at standard business hours.

  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a small business and the processing time is to ensure both quality and accurate packaging.

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is subject to longer shipping periods.

All orders excluding "sale" are ineligible for return or exchange after 30 business days.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

No worries, we’ve got you covered! So long as the garment still has its black return ribbon (located alongside the garment) and original tagging you may email us at Customers@Shoptordrobes.com to inquire about an exchange. Please provide your order number and desired size in the subject line and allow 1-2 business days for our team to provide a resolution.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 3-5 Business days for funds to reflect your original method of payment. If you have not received funds after the allotted time we recommend inquiring with your banking institution about their processing periods.
