All orders are ineligible for return or exchange after 30 business days.

 

What if I ordered the wrong size?

No worries, we’ve got you covered! So long as the garment still has its black return ribbon (located alongside the garment) and original tagging you may email us at Customers@Shoptordrobes.com to inquire about an exchange. Please provide your order number and desired size in the subject line and allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to provide a resolution.


When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 3-5 Business days for funds to reflect your original method of payment. If you have not received funds after the allotted time we recommend inquiring with your banking institution about their processing periods.
