Standard Shipping: Please allow 5 to 8 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.

Preorder Policy

• What is a Preorder?

Reserve upcoming products before they’re available. Preorders are fulfilled first when stock arrives. If your order contains a pre-ordered item and a ready to ship item all items will be shipped when the pre-order items is available. We do not provide separate shipping.

• Payment

Full payment is required at checkout.

• Release Date

Estimated ship date: informed at check out in item description. Dates may change due to supplier delays; we’ll notify you of updates.

• Cancellations

Cancel within 7 days for a full refund. After that, cancellations are not allowed unless the product is delayed significantly or discontinued.

• Shipping

Preorders ship in the order received once available. Standard shipping rates apply.

• Returns

Preordered items follow our standard return policy.
